Data Centre
Many off site backup companies use 3rd party storage solutions. They are not ideal, as they are may be located or controlled by unknown entities. TLS only uses its own servers located in a state of the art data centre located within 3 miles of our HQ in Manchester.
The data centre provides the highest level of uptimes, the network service level (SLA) for example is 99.95%. The power backup generators are located in an adjacent building the size of a small family home ! Security and fire safety is also of the highest order available.
